Definition
Acute STEMI or NSTEMI as defined by the CALIBER phenotype definition alogorithm, using discharge diagnosis, ECG changes and cardiac markers. The algorithm recodes some patients from the discharge diagnosis, but the discharge diagnosis is used as the default in case of missing data for ECG or cardiac markers.
